The sale of my parents' condo and additional garage was such a smooth and easy transaction. It's hard to believe the sale has already closed since I feel like Steve just listed it two days ago! The initial concern of living out of state while trying to sell a property in Lake Havasu City was immediately put to rest as Steve was able to anticipate what I needed to get the sale done. He is very well connected to the community and had a preferred list of contractors/specialists to help with everything from cleaning the condo, to plumbing, electrical, pest control, and even where to take donations of furniture. Steve Ticknor was fantastic to work with to sell our house. He did a beautiful listing showing all the great features of my home. He made staging suggestions, gave me area comps and made a suggested listed price to get the most viewings. Showings were scheduled at my convenience and in one hour I had an offer that would beat any offer that came in the first 5 days. My home sold for 16k over listing price.
