Done fast and professionally, no surprises from them, and both ready and able to adapt to the special needs of the parties to expedite the sale. A missing piece of legal permission for the sale was needed that could be done without additional attorney involvement, links to fillable forms and appropriate filing addresses were provided.

The sale of my parents' condo and additional garage was such a smooth and easy transaction. It's hard to believe the sale has already closed since I feel like Steve just listed it two days ago!
